In fact, this blend contains almost 30% of honey, and over 50% of spices, so expect a delicious, naturally sweet and spicy flavour.

How to brew this tea?

Steep 2 teaspoon of sticky leaves in a cup of freshly boiled water for 5 minutes. Rooibos won’t get bitter no matter how long you brew it for, so it’s great for simmering too. This tea goes really well with milk, or you can enjoy it pure. Because it’s caffeine free, it’s suitable for a late evening sipping too.
