3-4 teaspoons loose chamomile flowers or 2 chamomile tea bags
200 ml water for making tea
1/3teaspoon vanilla extract
30 grams boba
1litre water for cooking boba pearls
1-2 teaspoons honey
15ml half and half or coffee creamer1 tablespoon

For saffron ice

150mlwateror depending on the ice mould
Instructions
For saffron ice
Bring fresh water to a boil.
Steep 1-3 saffron threads in 150 ml of water for 10 minutes.
Strain or remove the threads (depending on how long the threads are), pour into an ice mould and freeze.
For boba tea
Bring fresh water to a boil.
Steep chamomile flowers or tea bags in freshly boiled water for 5-7 minutes.
In the meantime, in a clean saucepan, bring water for cooking boba pearls toa boil. Add boba pearls and wait until they rise to the surface. Cover and simmer for a couple of minutes.
Strain them, add into a clean bowl, add honey and stir.
Strain the tea into a serving glass.
Add honey coated boba pearls.
Add ½ regular ice and ½ of saffron ice. (or adjust the ratio)
