up for brewing the tea and an infuser or a tea filter (unless you are using tea bags)
Ingredients
1tablespoon of pumpkin puree
¼teaspoon of pumpkin spice + a pinch of cinnamon
150mlof water
100mlof milk
1heaped teaspoon of strong broken leaf loose black tea
Instructions
Bring fresh water to a boil.
Steep 1 heaped teaspoon of black tea in 150 ml of freshly boiled water for 5-7minutes.
Add milk into a small saucepan, turn the heat to medium low and start frothing itwith an electric hand frother until you have a silky foam with no large bubbles.
Strain the tea into a serving glass/mug, add pumpkin puree and spices. Mix it well using an electric hand frother.
Add steamed and frothed milk. You can dust it with some cinnamon powder.
