of melon, peeled and cubed

ml
of sparkling water

large ice cubes

teaspoons
of honey
freshly squeezed juice of 1/2 lime

teaspoons
of freshly boiled water, cooled down to 80 degrees Celsius

matcha powder
Instructions
Bring fresh water to a boil and let it cool down to 80 degrees Celsius or 176 degrees
Fahrenheit
.
Sift 1 teaspoon of matcha powder into a small cup.
Add 2 teaspoons of water and mix well until there are no clumps.
Add honeydew, ice cubes, honey, matcha, lime juice and sparkling water into a blender and blend for about 30 seconds.
Pour into glasses and serve.
