Homemade Thai Iced Tea

Saucepan or a kettle + cup
saucepan if you want to simmer it, kettle and a cup if you want to steep it

Ingredients

teaspoons
of Thai Tea Mix OR pure black tea leaves
2+
teaspoons
of sugar
1
cup
of water
1
tablespoon
of condensed milk
1-2
tablespoons
of coffee creamer, evaporated milk or half-and-alf
½ - 1
teaspoon
of vanilla flavouring
if you are using pure tea leaves

Instructions
Steep tea leaves in a cup of freshly boiled water for about 5 minutes or simmer them for 5-10 minutes.
Fill a tall glass with ice.
Strain the tea into a glass.
Add sugar and stir until fully dissolved.
Add vanilla flavouring if you are using pure tea leaves.
Stir in condensed milk and evaporated milk or half-and-half and serve.
