Instructions
Gather all spices and crush them using a pestle and mortar.
Add spices into a small, preheated saucepan and heat them over low heat until fragrant. This will take less than a minute.
Add water and tea leaves, increase the heat to medium and bring it to a boil.
Add milk and bring it to a boil again, then reduce to low, add sugar and simmer for 5 minutes.
Strain the tea into a cup. Let it cool for 5-10 minutes.
Add ice, tea and ice into a blender and blend for a minute or until fully blended.
Pour into a serving glass and serve immediately.
