Ingredients

tablespoons
of heavy whipping cream
6
heaped tablespoons
of full fat Greek yogurt
5-10
tablespoons
of demerara sugar chai simple syrup
Instructions
Add 10 full tablespoons of heavy whipping cream into a small but tall bowl.
Using an electric mixer, whip it at low speed for a few minutes until solid and creamy. Do not over whip it.
Add Greek yogurt and mix it with a spoon until it’s perfectly blended. This may take a minute or two.
Add chai tea syrup and mix.
Pour the popsicle mixture into moulds, and put a popsicle stick into each.
Freeze for 6 hours, or until frozen.
