Instructions
Add water and tea leaves into a small saucepan.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and continue simmering for 3 minutes.
Add milk, bring to a boil again, reduce and simmer for 2 minutes.
Remove from the heat, add chocolate and stir until fully melted.
Strain into a cup or glass.
