Steep 1 heaped teaspoon of tea leaves in a cup of water at 98 degrees Celsius for 3 minutes. Flavour is well-rounded, with a slight astringency and deep warming notes. While the scent is very intense, this tea is one of those blends that use flavouring to add charm, rather than taking over the entire base. Pecan notes are light, and blend into a light caramel flavour, while the cinnamon is adding a nice warming touch. There’s a light sweet warm nutty dessert aftertaste, but the tea itself is not sweet, so it’s great for tea drinkers that don’t like sweet teas too.
